From a distance these looked more like a cluster of tomatoes - they're over 30mm across!
LOL I thought they were tomatoes at first glance then I saw the title!! They are huge.

Holy moly.....now they don't look anything like the ones I thought were rose hips.That's it. I'm so ill informed on plants its embarrassing! :-/
Mel - 'Normal' rose-hips don't look anything like that... they're usually much smaller with a vaguely pointy sort of shape - these are particularly plump.Rather like me. :-)
I bet these would make great rose hip jelly..They are lovely..What a beautiful picture..Carolyn
