Sad to say, it is getting a wee bit over ripe, now. *Had to* get this photo in, though. Glad you all across the drink could enjoy this unusual specimen of our mountain garden eggplant. I know that we grow things big, here in the High Country...but I frankly never dreamed....I about dropped to the floor when my husband unveiled it (from behind his back) last week. ! What a kick.
