This fire engine is iconic of Ponce, South Puerto Rico. It's on display inside in the oldest firehose on the island, still fully operational, across the main square and the cathedral.
I love old cars and trucks. Can you imagine the years of polishing and service to others that truck's seen?! It's been well loved. AND well photographed for us.

ReplyDeleteI love red, interesting as well, although I think maybe you mean oldest firehouse, not hose Jorge?
ReplyDeleteIt's an easy typo to make... and funny! ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful picture of a beautiful machine Jorge - and who knows how many people are alive today that wouldn't be without it?
Cuter than cute!
