The photo is a good one of a sunset, colrful and nicely captured, but the human in the corner who is leaving the image takes my eye with him when he leaves. I think the photo would be better without him. Then the sunset is more personal. We watch sunsets. It casts the day's last light towards our vision. I don't want a distraction of wondering about the guy. I want him to get along, so I can enjoy an unobstructed view.
HedgeG. You know what I would have done? Flipped the dude over in Photo Shop and made him face into the frame rather than exit. Then he would have led my gaze into the photo and added a special element. I indulge in fauxtography all the time. This change would be a really an easy manipulation of the image.
Fabulous colours here. Rich and glowing, a perfect capture of evening light.
