It's in Sahagun, near Leon, Spain. As I drove out of the city; I realized this was the one my grandmother stoggled with many times as she tried to pull an oxcart full of fresh milk across.
The field of flowers really sets the tone for the photo...and then I get to hear the grandmother connection. I do hope it's framed and displayed for the connectedness it has.
Don't know where this river is but it could certainly be in England. Lovely pastoral scene.

This is a wonderful old (and ancient) bridge. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for your grandmother to pull a loaded cart across.
