Pretty in Pink

Greetings! I'm Pamela Sweet, a new contributor here at this beautiful blog. The first photo I'll share is of one of the pretty pink peonies that bloomed in our side yard. I'm so glad I captured it because there are no blooms left and I still have something pretty to look at and remind me of their lovely scent. I've been a little flower crazy lately so you might see a few more floral photos from me.

  1. As I recently said to a friend: peonies are so gorgeous they'll break your heart. I feel like I can smell this!

  5. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I'm enjoying looking at everyone's beautiful photos here. I also like the concept that the contributors can just post whenever. Nothing too structured yet there are plenty of posts!

  6. Hi, Pamela! What a stunning peony! You're right - it's wonderful to have the photos when the blooms are gone. The pink is lovely! I love flower shots so share away :)

  7. The only structure I would like to ask of you is that you put an area of the world that your picture comes from, even if it's a vague midwest USA for example. I've had requests from people wanting to know where in the world the pics are taken.
    Thanks
